India has huge shortage of healthcare workers, while it has large number of unemployed youths lacking adequate skills. Pipal Tree Foundation plans to train 5000 such unemployed youth (mainly Girls) from Rural India across 9 states of Andhra Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Odisha, Telangana, Uttar Pradesh and West Bengal and provide them jobs as health case assistants with hospitals, clinics and also for home care patients.
